Radio Bulletin….

This weeks task was asked to record a 60 second news bulletin and research stories that will be given to  young people aged between 15 and 25 living in Coventry. This task was exciting for me because i was able to get the chance to use different equipments and learned how to recored a bulletin in the radio room in the Ellen Terry Building. from this task we also had to make sure our bulletin had covered local news including Coventry University stories, national news and international news and at least one sports story. This task did have some difficulties in completing because my group was formed late so we were behind in other tasks that were being assigned. My group at this time is only 3 people so coming up with ideas for stories to cover are limited. Me and Bailey decided to do the voice over whilst Oin controlled the decks. Doing the voice over on reporting news was a little difficult because reporting news on 5 stories in less than 60 seconds was very faustratig for me because during our practice hours we kept going over time which had to mean we had to either change the story or rewrite it out to shorten the time we spend on talking For our stories we decided to cover the recent story of Ozi (coventry student who went missing), sport news, entertainment and others.
